How to use it
- Wet your face. Use lukewarm water and apply your usual cleanser.
- Switch it on. Press the power button and pick a mode: Cleansing, Moisturizing or Massage. Hold the blade lightly against your skin. No pressing hard. Hold the button for 2 seconds to switch it off.
- Move in slow circles. Work from your chin up to your cheeks, forehead and nose. About 1 to 2 minutes total.
- Rinse and finish. Wash your face, pat dry and apply moisturiser. Clean the head after each use.
Use 2 to 3 times a week to start. Stop if your skin feels irritated.

How does it work?
The scrubber head vibrates against your skin to loosen oil, dirt and dead skin so your cleanser can do its job better.
How often should I use it?
Start with 2 to 3 times a week and see how your skin feels before using it more.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Use light pressure, keep sessions to 1 to 2 minutes and test on a small area first. Stop if your skin feels irritated. If you have a skin condition, ask your dermatologist before using it.
What is in the box?
The Glow Scrub with its stainless steel blade, a dust cover, a USB charging cable, an instruction card and the gift box.
How do I charge it?
With the USB charging cable in the box. The scrubber has a Type-C charging port. Plug the other end into a phone charger or power bank.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the head with a clean damp cloth after every use and let it dry before storing it.

After you order
You will get an email confirming your order. When your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping update.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your order is late, arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us and we will help sort it out.

Faulty or damaged items
If your Glow Scrub arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Changing your mind
You can cancel and return your order within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Because the scrubber touches your skin, we cannot take back a device that has been used, unless it is faulty.
How to start a return
Use our contact page and include your name, order number and the reason for the return. We will tell you what to do next.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method. Delivery costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Special offers
